With a 1,000-foot computer-controlled conveyor system capable of handling products up to 34'6" in length, 8' in height, and 4' in width, our facility is equipped to manage virtually any project.

Material Preparation

All materials undergo a thorough multi-stage cleaning and pretreatment process to remove organic and inorganic surface oils and residual oxides. In the final step before painting, Amorphous Chromium Phospate is applied to provide the ideal adhesion surfaces for a wide range of available organic coatings.
