After being received into our facility, materials are first separated, then inventoried and placed in racks. Our quality-conscious professionals inspect for any corrosion that may impair the coating process. We also check fabricated materials for properly drilled weeping systems to ensure that any trapped water is completely eliminated.
Next, materials undergo a thorough multi-stage cleaning and pretreatment process to remove organic and inorganic surface oils and residual oxides. In the final step before painting, Amorphous Chromium Phosphate is applied to provide the ideal adhesion surface for a wide range of available organic coatings.
On our production line, a computer-controlled application system ensures that each piece receives an even coating of paint.
After the material has passed quality assurance, it is removed from the paint line and packed for shipment.
Quality and consistency are the hallmarks of High Performance Systems. We carefully inspect all materials to ensure that all coatings meet or exceed AAMA Specification 2605-98 or 2603-98 and to guarantee compliance with coating manufacturer's standards, and more importantly, your satisfaction.
Environmental consciousness is of vital importance to High Performance Systems. All emissions are specially filtered and strictly monitored for compliance with stringent EPA standards. Water quality is protected by a closed-loop system with zero discharge.
